We recommend making a reservation for the procedures which will ensure having them in a time most suitable for you. Please contact the SPA reception desk where our qualified personnel will provide you with all the necessary information regarding our offer and will assist in choosing treatments just for you.
We do understand that plan can often change and that is why we accept resignation up to 4 hours before the procedure. Not informing us of a resignation will cause charging you with the full price of the procedure.

Attire
Hotel guests are requested to come to the SPA in their bathrobe and hotel slippers that you will find in your rooms. For SPA guests from outside the hotel the reception desk will provide all necessary information on how to prepare for the procedures.

The SPA is a zone of silence, so having only your calm and relaxation in mind, we request you turn off or silence you phones prior to entering the SPA.
