One of the most affective methods of hair removal is the wax depilation. It removes the hair stem and the follicle which makes the affect last much longer than with shaving. Our cosmetologists will pick the right method of depilation basing on the hair and area.
Strip method – uses soft wax. Wax heated to the temperature of 36-38 oC is applied to the skin with hairs. Wax and hair remain on the strip. This is done on the larger areas of the body (legs, hands, back).
No-strip method – uses hard wax. Wax heated to the temperature of 36-38 oC is applied to the skin with hairs. After applying the wax needs to be peeled off vigorously. This wax does not sich to the skin, but only to the hairs making the procedure less painful. The no-strip method is done on the sensitive parts of the body (armpits, bikini).

- 2–3 days before the procedure have peeling done
- 2–3 days before the procedure not tanning should be done (sun and sun studio)
- No creams, oils or balms should be applied to the attended zone before the procedure
- The hair should be 0,5 cm – 1,0 cm long
- 2–3 days after the procedure not tanning should be done
- 2–3 days after the procedure no swimming should be done in the pool
- 2–3 days after the procedure one should not go to the sauna
- On the day of the procedure one should not bathe in hot water
- On the day of the procedure one should not use anti-perspirant (armpit depilation)
- On the day of the procedure one should not use fluid (face depilation)
- 3 days after the procedure peeling should be done in the depilated area regularly (especially bikini or legs) – this counteracts ingrowing hair
- 3 days after the procedure skin should be moisturized and nourished with balms
