Carboxytherapy (CO2 infusion) utilizes medical carbo dioxide and increases the flow of oxygen, blood and nourishing particles in the desired area. Precise application of carbon dioxide contributes to the production of carbonic acid. This contributes to the effectiveness of the therapy as the red blood cells give away oxygen particles more willingly in acidic places. This causes the area where the therapy is administered become oxygenated and nourished.
