Useful Information
- You can purchase the voucher personally at the Kandara Salons reception desk, by sending an e-mail query to: recepcja.spa@kandara.pl or by calling: +48 71 729 43 45 / mobile +48 883 311 954.
- You can pay by cash or by card at the Kandara reception desk or transfer the payment to the bank account received after sending the e-mail query.
- Should you wish, we will send the invitation to a given address or in an electronic version to an e-mail address of your choice.
- The voucher can be purchased for a specific treatment, a day spa package or simply prepaid with an amount of your choice.
- The voucher is valid for 12 months since the date of purchase.
- The voucher has a contact number and our address so the gifted person can visit us at a time convenient to them.
- The chosen treatment can be changed to any different treatment at thensame price or higher, upon covering the difference.
- The voucher cannot be changed for money in its entirety or part and is non-refundable. It is also not interchangeable for home care cosmetics.
